Hydraulic Sheet Bending Machine Working Principle
A hydraulic bending machine uses the relative motion of the upper and lower worktables driven by hydraulic transmission to bend the sheet metal. The worktables are connected to the frame with a hydraulic cylinder. This sheet metal bending machine is preferable than the manual sheet bending machine because it can bend the thicker materials and is easier to control the bending process.
How a hydraulic sheet bending machine is different from the manual sheet bending machine ?
The only difference between manual and hydraulic plate bending machines is that the latter uses hydraulic force to bend the metal sheet. It consists of a hydraulic pump, valves, and hoses to apply pressure to bend the tool.
